Order Processing, Payment, and Course Access

Lifetime Access: You will have lifetime access to your purchased courses. Revisit them anytime and as many times as you wish to reinforce your learning.
Personalized Support: Our recorded courses include weekly one-on-one interaction with tutors. You will receive details about these sessions after your enrollment.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We believe in the quality of our educational offerings, but due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed. We encourage you to contact us with any concerns or feedback, and we will strive to resolve your issues promptly.

Payment and Fee Management

Fees can be paid in full or through installments as per our payment policy.
For installment payments, post-dated cheques must be submitted in advance.
Any dishonored cheque will incur applicable bank charges, and a penalty interest of 18% may be applied on overdue balances.

Failure to pay may lead to suspension of course access and legal proceedings under applicable laws. Please ensure timely payments to avoid disruptions.

Policy on Transfers and Batch Changes

Course or batch transfers are generally not permitted. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion, subject to a transfer fee. If you encounter difficulties with class quality, please report them to our management for prompt resolution.

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Fees

All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. We emphasize transparency and encourage thorough understanding of course details before enrolling. We are happy to answer any questions prior to payment.

Conduct and Responsibilities

Students must comply with all rules related to attendance, behavior, and academic performance. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in dismissal from the Institute without a fee refund.
The student is responsible for ensuring all personal contact information is up-to-date. Notifications will be provided through our website and notice boards; individual communications are not guaranteed.

Job Assistance

Our courses aim to enhance professional skills and knowledge. While we offer job assistance where appropriate qualifications are met, we do not guarantee job placements.

Jurisdiction

Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida/Gautam Budh Nagar.
